Living Social FAQ
Due to the high volume of requests for information, we have set up an FAQ for the Living Social promotion.
1. How does the deal work?
We know frames can be expensive. That's why we have set up our Living Social promotion to 1) introduce those who normally do not have vision insurance and want to visit our practice and 2) give access to patients to beautiful, high quality frames that would be unfortunately cost prohibitive in other circumstances.
The deal includes a routine wellness exam that will determine the refractive status of your eyes. Also will give you a good examination to determine any health conditions of the eye. If such conditions are found, we may ask you to return for further testing which will not be included in the Living Social promotion. However, most of these conditions are generally covered under major medical insurance.
The deal further includes up to $200 toward the purchase of the frames. Prescription lenses must be purchased at the time of service.
2. What brands do you carry?
Rich Vision carries a wide selection of frames for every price range.

8. Can I use my insurance?
Not for the Living Social promotion. However, we will give you an itemized receipt and you may be able to mail that into your insurance company and get a reimbursement. Also, you may be able to use your benefits for a second pair.
